You have to give yourself credit.

Tell the anxiety constantly over and over again:

  • “If that happens, I and everything will be okay.”
  • “If that outcome happens, I and everything will be okay.”
  •  ”If that happens to me, I and everything will be okay.”

EVERY thing you think, ask yourself:

  •  ”Is that being kind to myself?”
  •  ”Is that being kind to myself AND others as a group?”

To anything that makes you worried or anxious, think “I disregard any and all worry about this.”
